How can I boost immunity?

Frank 13 Feb 2005 1 min read

Actually I am a very healthy person. I mean I do not have any serious diseases or health problems but for my immune system… In spring and in autumn I catch cold or flu very often, and I am tired of them.

Is there any natural way to boost my immune system? I do not like any medical supplies, such as pills or antibiotics. I know that they can help only for some time, but the general problem with immune system will not go away.

I read abut such methods like rest, eating well and lowering stress levels. Do they work indeed? I don’t believe that rest may help me to improve my immunity…

Any of your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, getting a cold or any type of illness can mess up your life. This is why it is very important to boost your immunity in all possible ways.

Actually poor nutrition is the most common cause of a weakened immune response. You should eat the meals and nutrients with a proper amount of

  • vitamins A, C, E;

  • essential fatty acids;

  • minerals, such as manganese, selenium, zinc, copper, iron, sulfur, magnesium and germanium.
