I think "No". However, it is easier to remember to take vitamin supplements at the same time each day, for example at breakfast. Than it becomes part of your routine. |

Nothing strangeabout this. Tons of peorle have flat butts. You can shape your butt somewhat with the correct exercises that develop muscles in the butt that are never used. |
