I am not satisfied with the life I lead. I would like to develop healthier habits, but jast do not know how to start.

try to start with main things in your life. Trust me you should wake up in the morning one day - and if you really want to change something in your life - you'll find out what to start with.

Ask yourself, "What did I do for myself yesterday, today, and what about tomorrow?" Begin with setting realistic goals and adjusting priorities, then identify your resources, develop a plan and time frame for taking actions.

Healthy lifestyle is not dependent upon age, sex, or intelligence but a mindset which will help you attain a sense of well-being.

Wellness behaviors are numerous, you know. Not smoking, limiting the consumption of alcohol, exercising daily, reducing caffeine intake, practicing safe sex, balancing work. Are you redy for these? Smile

I have a friend to call when I am craving that cigarette or rich dessert. She actually cares about me and helps me continue my diet and exercise efforts.
