I usually run about 5 miles a day and part of this distance I have to run on the cement. Is it good for my feet? I heard that cement is the worst surface to run on.

Try to change the running route, because running on cement can really harm your legs.

Yes, cement is a bad surface, but you should train your legs on various surfaces, so why not?
