It depends. If you are tired and need to stimulate your organism for further work quickly, drink a cup of black coffee, and you will feel energetic again. Apathy, drowsiness, weariness are gone away. But if you have problems with stomach acidity or heart and nerve systems it would be better to drink tea. Green tea is widespread now. Why not to try it? There is a good story about tea and coffee – what is better? In XVIII century two twin-brothers were taken to prison. The Swedish king decided to change them the death sentence into imprisonment for life in order to answer the question what is more harmful for a man –tea or coffee. The professors who were watching how one of the brothers was drinking coffee and the other one was drinking tea, waited for the brothers’ near death in vain. Years passed. The professors died one after the other. The King was killed in the battle. The brothers become old and continued to drink tea and coffee systematically. At the age of 83 the brother, drinking tea, died. Some years later the second brother, drinking coffee, died too. So drink tea or coffee, but do not fight and take part in battles.
