I heard that drinking milk at the pre-game meal is not a good thing to do. Is this true?

I know having 8 ounces of skim milk or yogurt up to 2 hours before a competition even help boost blood sugar for the early minutes of the event.

Unless you have an allergy to milk, there is no reason to avoid 1% or skim milk. They are a good source of both carbohydrate and protein with very little fat.
